On April 27, 2023 Manitoba PNP (Provincial Nominee Program) invited 558 applicants for permanent residency (PR) in an exclusive Skilled Worker Overseas (SWO) draw.
This SWO draw was unique because it didn’t mention “Strategic Recruitment Initiative” as requirement to be considered for invitation.
As a result of this, cutoff score dropped by 103 points to 616 as compared to previous MPNP draw that declared cutoff at 719.
Out of 558, 344 candidates declared a valid Express Entry profile while creating EOI (Expression of Interest) for MPNP.
