Latest OINP Draw Invited 1,034 Express Entry Profiles!

On April 26, 2022 – OINP Draw (Ontario PNP) invited 1,034 express entry profiles under skilled trades stream. This draw considered candidates having express entry CRS score between 300-461. Lower range of cut off score dropped by 50 points as compared to last skilled trades draw on March 24 and today’s draw invited more than double the profiles.

This draw considered express entry profiles in pool between April 26, 2021 – April 26, 2022. The Skilled Trades draw only considers applicants having at least one year of cumulative paid full-time work experience (or the equivalent in paid part-time work) in Ontario. Eligible Skilled trades must be listed in Minor Group 633 or Major Groups 72, 73 or 82 of the National Occupational Classification (NOC).

Focus has shifted to PNP (Provincial Nominee Programs), rather than relying solely on Express Entry. This is because of no FSW draw since December 2020 and no CEC draw since September 2021. However, minister has recently communicated that express entry draws will start in early July.
