New Job Matching Pathway Of Newfoundland & Labrador For PR!

new job atlantic canada

New Job Matching Pathway launched by Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) has been accepting applications since October 2021. This is the perfect way of matching applicants’ skills with employer. Also, it excludes illegal buying of LMIAs to some extent by non-deserving applicants. In this new pathway, immigration department of NL does the job-matching for individuals wishing to immigrate permanently to the province.

Moreover, this pathway has been created to help employers fill full-time job vacancies. This program has a target of supporting 5,100 provincial PRs every year until 2026. Once an applicant is selected by an employer for a job, then this job offer will help them to support their application for  Provincial Nominee Program and Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program.

Who Can Apply

International graduates, the spouses of international students on open work permit, and open work permit holders in any part of Canada who would like to relocate to the province. You can submit up to three different occupations, where you already have the skills, education and experience necessary.

How To Apply

Applicants will have to submit their work permit and resume online, including their national occupation classification (NOC). Immigration department of NL will then work to match this group of newcomer applicants to the labour needs of participating employers. As of now, there is no application deadline.
