Assessment Criteria
  • Performance validation. This involves checking the performance is at the desired level for the role. 
  • For Bilingual positions only: Second Language Evaluation
  • For positions within the Collections and Verifications Branch only: Accounting Level 1 – Multiple choice test (AC-MCT-1): Pass Mark 16/32 or Educational Equivalent:
  • For all positions: Taxpayer Contact I (KFEL-01): Korn Ferry Unsupervised Internet Test (UIT) – pass mark: 60%
    • Evaluates two dimensions: cognitive abilities and behavioural competencies.
