- For positions within the Collections and Verifications Branch only: Accounting Level 1 – Multiple choice test (AC-MCT-1): Pass Mark 16/32 or Educational Equivalent:
- Educational Equivalent would include successful completion of one of the following course or field of study from a recognized postsecondary institution or from a recognized professional accounting association:
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) Introductory Financial Accounting or FA1 or Introductory Accounting or Introductory Financial Accounting.
- Educational Equivalent would include successful completion of one of the following course or field of study from a recognized postsecondary institution or from a recognized professional accounting association:
- For all positions: Taxpayer Contact I (KFEL-01): Korn Ferry Unsupervised Internet Test (UIT) – pass mark: 60%
- Evaluates two dimensions: cognitive abilities and behavioural competencies.
