The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) conducted a new Express Entry draw and issued out 2,281 invitations to apply (ITAs) for provincial nomination.
In 2024, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is issuing its fourth round of invitations for the Human Capital Priorities Stream (HCP).
Express Entry profiles with a primary occupation in one of the below-listed tech occupations and a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score ranging from 468 to 480 received invitations.
- NOC 20012 – Computer and information systems managers
- NOC 21211 – Data Scientists
- NOC 21220 – Cybersecurity specialists
- NOC 21221 – Business systems specialists
- NOC 21222 – Information systems specialists
- NOC 21223 – Database analysts and data administrators
- NOC 21230 – Computer systems developers and programmers
- NOC 21231 – Software engineers and designers
- NOC 21232 – Software developers and programmers
- NOC 21233 – Web designers
- NOC 21234 – Web developers and programmers
- NOC 21311 – Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)
- NOC 22220 – Computer network technicians
- NOC 22221 – User support technicians
- NOC 22222 – Information systems testing technicians
Invitations were delivered to Express Entry profiles generated between March 21, 2023, and March 21, 2024.
The candidates picked in this draw will have forty-five days to secure their provincial nominations by submitting a complete application.
These profiles will receive 600 points after receiving an OINP nomination, raising their CRS score to between 1068 and 1,080, ensuring their inclusion in the future general Express Entry draw as well.
Prior to this, 2,104 invites were distributed on March 7th as part of the Ontario Express Entry draws for the HCP stream, which focuses on technology-related occupations.
