New Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2023 News: The IRCC will start accepting up to 15,000 complete applications for the Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2023 in October 2023.
Beginning on 10 October 2023, IRCC will start sending invitations to apply to 24,200 prospective sponsors, with the goal of receiving up to 15,000 complete applications.
These invitations will be sent over the period of two weeks starting on October 10, 2023.
Instead of opening a new interest to sponsor form, IRCC will send invitations to apply to arbitrarily selected potential sponsors from the remaining 2020 pool of submissions.

This strategy was utilized for the 2021 and 2022 intakes. So if you submitted an interest to sponsor form in 2020 but did not receive an invitation to apply in 2021 or 2022, please check the email account you provided in 2020.
Those invited to apply for the 2023 intake will have to submit their applications electronically via the Permanent Residence Portal or the Representative Permanent Residence Portal.
