As we all know, IRCC has confirmed that new NOC 2021 (TEER system) will be applicable on November 16, 2022. We have previously explained what is the new TEER system and how it will affect Express Entry applicants.
So, if you haven’t received an invitation to apply (ITA) by November 16, 2022, then you will need to update your profile with new TEER system to continue participation in the Express Entry.
Furthermore, Any ITA issued prior to November 16, 2022 will still need to submit their application using NOC 2016 system only.

IRCC has shared updated NOC 2021 eligibility criteria for Express Entry on their website in a tabular form for Canadian Experience Class (CEC), Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), and Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP). 1. Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
