Travel restrictions and entry requirements due to COVID are officially extended until November 21. This information was shared via a tweet on September 19, 2021. Apart from this, Health Canada also reminded in the tweet that fully vaccinated travelers from any country around the world can enter for non-essential purpose such as tourism, if they meet the specific requirements. Click here to find the requirement. One of the requirements is to be fully vaccinated with Canada approved vaccines at least 14 days prior to the day of entry.
(3/5) Fully vaccinated travellers must show proof that they received a full series of a Government of Canada-accepted vaccine, or accepted combination of vaccines, at least 14 days prior to entry.
All travelers need a negative pre-arrival COVID test to board the flight to Canada. This test should be taken 72 hours before entering Canada. You are exempt from this pre-arrival test, if you were tested positive for COVID, 14-180 days before departure to Canada. All the important information related to your travel must be shared via ArriveCAN app prior to your travel.
