For Canadians, it is important to be aware of the most wanted criminals at large so that they can stay alert from these fugitives as they can be around us.
The updated BOLO Program list now includes Michael Bebee as the country’s top fugitive, who is wanted for the second-degree murder of Shamar Powell-Flowers (29- years -old) on July 23 last year.
The acronym “BOLO” translates to “be on the lookout.” Law enforcement frequently uses the term “bolo” to describe a person who is on the wanted list.
Michael Bebee is the most wanted in 2024 for the murder of Shamar Powell-Flowers last summer near Danforth and Carlaw Avenues.
A reward of $100,000 has been established by the BOLO program in exchange for information that facilitates the apprehension of the subject in question.
