had a score of 589 points or higher as per Quebec scoring matrix; or
had a legitimate employment offer outside the area of the Metropolitan Community of Montreal (Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal).
Moreover, all eligible profiles in the Arrima pool meeting the aforementioned conditions as of February 27, 2023 at 6:30 a.m. were considered for this draw.
Arrima is a free electronic system used by Quebec to manage skilled worker applications similar to the federal Express Entry system.
Candidates for Quebec immigration can create and submit their profiles for consideration in the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP or RSWP) draws.
Once applicants submit their profile online in Arrima bank or pool, it is valid for one year.
Quebec Skilled Worker Program has the processing time of 20 months as per recent IRCC update on March 7.
