March 10 – The Quebec immigration department released the information about the third Quebec Arrima draw of 2023, held on March 2 inviting 1,017 profiles for Permanent Residency (PR).
Unlike the second Arrima draw, this draw did not target any specific occupation or NOC codes. And, all the profiles meeting below listed criteria were invited:
- had a score of 589 points or higher as per Quebec scoring matrix; or
- had a legitimate employment offer outside the area of the Metropolitan Community of Montreal (Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal).
Moreover, all eligible profiles in the Arrima pool meeting the aforementioned conditions as of February 27, 2023 at 6:30 a.m. were considered for this draw.
Good news is that cut off score dropped 20 points as compared to similar draw on February 9, 2023.
So far Quebec has invited 3,039 profiles via 3 arrima draws this year. Below is the summary of these draws and link to their details.

What is Quebec Arrima?
Arrima is a free electronic system used by Quebec to manage skilled worker applications similar to the federal Express Entry system.
Candidates for Quebec immigration can create and submit their profiles for consideration in the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP or RSWP) draws.
Once applicants submit their profile online in Arrima bank or pool, it is valid for one year.
Quebec Skilled Worker Program has the processing time of 20 months as per recent IRCC update on March 7.
While waiting for the file in processing after the invitation and submission of documents, applicants can apply for an open work permit.
