On February 9, 2023 Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI) for Quebec announced details of the first Arrima draw of the year.
1,011 Arrima profiles were invited in this maiden draw of 2023. The invitations went to applicants if they:
- Had a score of 619 points as per Quebec’s score calculation matrix
- “OR”
- Had a valid job offer outside the territory of the Metropolitan Community of Montreal.
All the valid applicants’ profiles in Arrima pool until February 6, 2023 at 6:30 a.m. were considered for this draw.
What is Quebec Arrima?
Arrima is a free electronic system used by Quebec to manage skilled worker applications. It functions similarly to the federal Express Entry system.
Applicants for Quebec immigration can create and submit their profiles for consideration under the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP or RSWP) draws.
Once you have submitted your profile online in Arrima bank or pool, then your profile is valid for 1 year.
