The new Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program-OINP draw issued 1,117 invitations to apply for permanent residency (PR) today, October 30, 2023.
OINP issued 1,051 invitations to profiles created under the Masters Graduate Stream in a general draw with an Expression of Interest score of 43 and above.
Additionally, 66 invitations to apply under the PhD Graduate stream are provided to all EOI profiles with a score of 42 or higher.
Expressions of Interest (EOI) profiles created between November 22, 2022, and October 30, 2023 were considered for the OINP draw today.

These rounds of invitations have been announced after more than a month, with a similar EOI OINP draw on September 19 and an OINP Express Entry draw on September 26.
Invited candidates now have 14 days to submit an application supporting the information in their Expression of Interest profile in order to get permanent residency (PR) in Ontario.

International students seeking PR in Canada can enroll in a Masters degree at one of the eligible universities instead of obtaining LMIAs or running payrolls, which will:
- improve their academic achievement in preparation for future job prospects
- grant them the right to remain in Canada as students and offer a far better chance of getting permanent status.
Because there is no requirement for a job offer for the OINP Masters Graduate Stream, it is preferable to invest your money in creating your career profile rather than purchasing employment offers, LMIAs, or payrolls.

So far, the OINP Expression of Interest has resulted in a total of 12,954 invites for permanent residency.
The Foreign Worker stream has received 4,032 invitations so far, coming in second to the Masters Graduate stream with roughly 4,683 invites.
