Ontario Express Entry Draw

Ontario Express Entry Draw | 2,583 Invitations | March 1, 2024

Last Updated On 11 July 2024, 11:01 AM EDT (Toronto Time)

On March 1, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held an Ontario Express Entry Draw, inviting an astounding 2,583 profiles for provincial nomination.

Individuals with valid Express Entry profiles created between March 1, 2023 and March 1, 2024, a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 350–424, and experience in one of the 49 skilled trade occupations received the invitations.

The cutoff score remains the same as compared to the previous OINP Skilled Trades Stream draw on January 11.

The Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream draw does not require a separate OINP profile; only the valid profiles must fall into one of the trade occupations eligible for this draw.

The provincial nomination adds 600 points to the candidate’s existing Express Entry profile.

If the invited profiles accept the Ontario Provincial Nomination, their Express Entry CRS score will increase to between 950 and 1,024.

The OINP Express Entry Skilled Trades stream in 2023 has welcomed a total of 7,512 profiles.
