On July 4, IRCC also invited 700 candidates with a minimum CRS score of 511 in a surprise all-program draw.
The most recent category-based draw took place last week on June 28 and invited 500 healthcare professionals with a minimum CRS score of 476, the lowest CRS score in any Express Entry draw so far in 2023.

It is anticipated that the CRS cutoff score for Express Entry candidates with experience in one of the targeted occupations/NOC codes will decrease.
However, the CRS score cutoff will rise for profiles in ‘no program specified draws’.
