What is express entry?

Express Entry is an immigration system used by the Government of Canada to manage applications for permanent residency through economic immigration programs.

How does express entry draws work?

Express Entry draws work by the Canadian government inviting eligible candidates to apply for permanent residency based on their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores.

In these draws, the government sets a minimum CRS score requirement, and candidates who have CRS scores equal to or higher than the specified threshold are issued Invitations to Apply (ITAs).

Successful applicants can then submit their PR applications within the given timeframe.
