Today, RCMP released updated new list of 25 most wanted criminals in Canada. The Bolo Program which stands for “be on the lookout” and now has an updated list of the top most wanted fugitives in the country.
The primary objective of the Bolo program, a charitable organization established by the founder and CEO of GardaWorld Security Corporation, is to publicize police-wanted notices.
While the reward encourages the public, it is also an incentive for those who may know where Akhalil is and can call the police or Crime Stoppers. According to Langlois, the reward expires on May 1, 2023.
Most Wanted In Canada
On top of the most wanted list is Rabih Alkhalil, who was on trial for murder but escaped from a pre-trial centre, North Frader, in July. For any information leading to the arrest of Rabih Alkhalil, you can earn a $250,000 reward.
Dwayne McDonald, an RCMP deputy commissioner, says the $250,000 million bounty is “unprecedented” for British Columbia.

He continued by saying that for most people, a quarter million dollars are “life-changing.” If anyone knows where Rabih Alkhalil is, you do not need to share your name or location, just information to help find Alkhalil.
Two guys acting as contractors in a white Econoline van helped Alkhalil escape the North Fraser Pre-trial Center in Port Coquitlam while he was on a murder trial.
Alkhalil is the subject of an Interpol red alert and has a lengthy criminal history with connections to gangs and drug trafficking. He had already been convicted of killing a man in Vancouver in 2012.
He rose to the top of the list of the 25 most wanted fugitives in Canada due to the Bolo Program, partnering with Crime Stoppers to give the $250,000 reward. The head of the Bolo program, Max Langlois, stated that Rabih Alkhalil was very dangerous.
However, he says anyone who gives information that results in Alkhalil’s arrest will get the reward money quickly.
