Today, Express Entry Draw invited 775 profiles to apply for permanent residency (PR). Applicants having a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 685 or above received the invitations. This draw was only for applicants who had a provincial nomination from one of the Canadian province. This draw was special because cut off score was one of the lowest since the beginning of express entry PNP draws. Previously, we saw cut off scores around this level was November 1, 2017 which declared score of 673 and March 17, 2021 which declared score of 682. Last Express Entry PNP draw was on October 27 which declared cut of score of 744.
Total of 12,387 profiles have been invited in Express Entry PNP (Provincial Nominee Program) only draws this year. In these draws, highest CRS cut off was 813 in January. Last 5 express entry draws were PNP only as Canada has already met it’s target for economic immigration this year. However, IRCC is full of surprises, so we would suggest Canada aspirants outside and inside the country to create an express entry profile, if they are eligible.
