New Working Holiday Visa rounds of invitations during the week ending August 10 invited 2,360 applicants to apply for open work permits under International Experience Canada (IEC).
Countries like Australia and Belgium have seen a significant number of invitations issued during the latest rounds.
Australia, for instance, received 230 invitations, while Belgium saw 35 invitations.
The availability of spots varies widely between countries. For example, Australia has an unlimited quota, ensuring that eligible applicants have a high chance of receiving an invitation.
On the other hand, Austria and Andorra have limited spots, with Austria having zero available spots and Andorra only 13.
21,112 spots are still available for various countries under the working holiday visa category while 33,965 candidates are awaiting an invitation in the pool.

Chile is another country with a notable number of invitations—47—with 173 spots still available, making it a promising option for applicants.
Smaller countries like Austria and Costa Rica have fewer available spots, with only four and 113 spots, respectively.
