It’s Confirmed! Fully Vaccinated Travelers Can Enter After September 7!

Today, on September 3, 2021 Canada updated their travel advisory and Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) also updated their website. The advisory said as we quote “On September 7, new measures for fully vaccinated international travellers to Canada will come into force.”

September 7 Travel Requirements

They also mentioned that this decision is based on the “latest available data, scientific evidence and epidemiological situation both in Canada and internationally.” The data recorded between August 9 and 26, showed the positivity rate of 0.19% among fully vaccinated travelers selected randomly for testing at the border. Furthermore, they mentioned that; although, cases are increasing in Canada, but still the illness severity and hospitalization rates remain manageable as Canada’s vaccination rate is increasing.
