IEC 2023 New Round Of Invitations: The International Experience Canada (IEC) 2023 draw sent out over 1,500 work permit invitations for the week ending June 23, 2023.
In the Working Holiday category of the IEC, nearly 1,300 invitations were sent to candidates from more than 30 eligible countries.
There are 21,839 applicants competing for 19,716 positions in the Working Holiday pool for the upcoming round.

The Young Professional category candidates received 156 invitations.
The International Co-op (internship) category received approximately 48 invitations.
IEC 2023 has a total quota of 90,000 for this year.
The processing period for the current IEC season has increased to 9 weeks, according to the most recent IRCC processing report from June 22.
